Welcome to the inquiry request module of the Office of the Syndic of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. It lets you send an inquiry request to the Office of the Syndic concerning one or more members of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.
There are four steps in an inquiry request.
1- Identify yourself and provide your contact information. Also indicate your preferred method of communication. If you wish to remain anonymous, please call the Office of the Syndic at 1 877 ÉTHIQUE (1 877 384-4783).
2- Identify the member who is the subject of your inquiry request and describe the events that lead you to make your request.
3- Indicate whether you want to make an inquiry request regarding several members. If that is the case, repeat the previous step.
4- Send your inquiry request.
Remark: By filling out this form, you willingly provide information to the Office of the Syndic. The Office of the Syndic gathers this information in order to review your inquiry request (
see how inquiry requests received by the Syndic are handled
). If your inquiry request leads to an inquiry by a syndic, the information contained in your inquiry request will be part of the syndic’s inquiry. The protection of and access to this information is governed by specific provisions of the
Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information
and the
Professional Code.
